HRcell is announcing a vacancy for a Technical Configuration Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Create and change products and services using configuration tools and SQL queries
• Handle Complaints and Requests in relation to the configuration of systems
• Fix and reprocess failed requests due to wrong configuration or system failure
• Support end-user test
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Perform tasks accurately and up to our quality standard
• Maintain knowledge base and documentation
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or a similar field
• 3+ years experience
• Knowledge of Basic Linux commands
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP
• Telco Infrastructure Experience
• Experience in managing and configuring Ericsson CS, Ericsson BSCS, and Ericsson VSME is highly desirable
• Phyton, Java as a plus
